Doing a synopsis of a Latin verb is a method recommended by Latin experts to conjugate a verb in all its common forms; Active and Passive, Indicative and Subjunctive. The problem we found in doing this was the many times we had to reach for our Latin text to look up the rules of conjugation for each tense, mood, and voice. It was a slow and painful exercise that just asked for a solution.
Here, all on one worksheet, is an Interactive Latin Verb Synopsis that provides the rules for each conjugation...its tense, mood, and voice all in the space above where you write each conjugated verb! You will not need to look up the rules in a separate book, just choose your verb and the Synopsis worksheet helps you complete the exercise.
Included on the sheet are the verb endings and "esse" words needed for correct conjugation, as well as additional exercises for creating imperatives and participles. An example of each verb conjugation, principal part, and infinitive is even listed for your edification.
